Anxiety and Anger, Is It All You?

Cure Anxiety with Laughter!
Anxiety attacks and anger go hand in hand. Have you seen someone with high anxiety; often called high-strung?

What happens when you know or live with someone who intentionally pushes your buttons?

After awhile your anxiety, including anger will rise just seeing this person.

You need to stop giving power to people. You can cure anxiety by not allowing anyone to provoke feelings you don’t want.

When you feel your anxiety rise, remove yourself from the situation. If that’s impossible, you need to redirect your thoughts.

If someone is calling you stupid, being snide, or just trying to push your buttons, start to laugh.

Laugh, because laughter will reduce your anxiety. Think of a funny picture, joke, comedy show, or anything that will block them out and redirect your thoughts.

This will be very hard at first, but if you are consistent, this will be a huge help to cure your anxiety.
